39. The Hypergravity Planetoid Trap
Voltron version: The Captive Comet
Within a white hole in the Dark Nebula, a gravity intesive body has formed, its name Space Wolf. It has several times Earth's gravity at a fraction of the size. Seeing its destructive potential, Honerva crashes a special ship on Space Wolf. It releases rings that alter Space Wolf's course toward Altea. Princess Amue (Romelle), forced to view their plans by Sincline, gets out a warning to Altea of the planetoid's approach.
Raible says there's nothing they can do, but Kogane and the others are determined to fight it with GoLion. Princess Fala orders Raible to ready a spaceship for evacuation of as many Altean's as possible should they fail. Raible tells Hys to prepare to die.
Approaching Space Wolf, the team quickly pieces together what happened to change the planetoid's course. They decide they need to create a bigger explosion to knock the thing on a different course, hitting it with all GoLion's weapons.
Again, Sincline lets Amue overhear him talk about the weak point being the rings on Space Wolf, and she is able to get out a warning. However, this has all been a part of Sincline's plan and he does nothing to stop her. With GoLion immobilized, Altea starts to feel Space WOlf's effects and Raible orders the mayor to evacuate with the ships. At first he doesn't want to, but then he hears of GoLion's troubles. Raible urges him to survive and continue the Altean bloodline elsewhere.
Prince Alor and his fleet show up in time to stop a saw from cutting GoLion to bits. He also has a new weapon he thinks can knock Space Wolf off course, but worries what it may do to GoLion and those in it. Fala urges him to save Altea first and worry about them later.

Fala claims GoLion has six million horse power.
