19. The Mystery Ghost Castle

Voltron version: The Buried Castle
While a trio of Altean kids walk through the woods, an earthquake reveals a castle where the kids decide there must be treasure. The GoLion team also notes the Castle's appearance and Raible goes on to explain the legend of the "Ghost Castle".
The legend goes that long ago a king owned it and wanted it to be his tomb when he died. The Castle was buried in dirt upon the king's passing, remaining buried until now. Shorty and Moody go on to argue about who is more afraid of ghosts, but Kogane decides it is Shorty who should investigate.
Shorty runs into the frightened kids and has them follow him into the Castle. Inside, they find a room full of treasure. But Platt senses the presense of Jaga and Shorty realizes it's a Galra trap. The group tries to flee but are trapped in the Castle. Platt is able to slip out to get help.
The rest of the episode plays out much like its dubbed counterpart with Kogane able to stop Honerva from taking the Castle with all its occupants back to Galra, and Golion dispatching the beastman.
