Synopsis:
Everyone is waiting for the other side to make the first move, although Galveston is mostly holding back because they lost their battler attacker in the last battle. Aki wonders if they're just biding time til reinforcements arrive.
The fact that Asimov's fleet is allowed to land without any protest from Galveston puts those on the Rugger Guard more on edge. Furthermore, they note within the materials they found left behind by the Galveston researchers, plans they believe show how Galveston can control the solar system with that planet as their base.
Nolan fleet arrives, and despite his release of a battle attacker, he really does want to give Teles' idea to negotiate a chance. Ise likewise would like to talk things out rather than fight, and manages to convince Nolan of this. He'd like Teles and Asimov to meet.
Aki wonders if they'll just be stabbed in the back again, but Haruka still hopes that one of these times they'll give Galveston a chance and they'll be sincere.
