GoLion Version: The Sky of Fire Approaches
This one has that amusing sequence where the Voltron Force is honing their hand-to-hand combat skills and Allura lays the smackdown on Lance. Depsite how tough she is, Allura's still no match for Nanny's and Coran's combined anal retention. In yet another instance of same-ish plot recycling, Allura is hauled off to do more Princess-worthy activities.
The boys soon return to the Castle as well when they spot an ominous red cloud moving their way. This fiery cloud is the result of Haggar's latest Robeast, the heat from which quickly evaporates all the surface water on Arus.
Though the Lions are launched to deal with the crisis, Princess is grounded in hers like a beached whale. The ghost of Alfor appears to give an extended lesson on the science behind the Lions: Red Lion needs lava, Green Lion needs wind, Yellow Lion needs magma, Black Lion needs lightning, and Blue Lion must have water to operate. The four operational Lions do their best against the Robeast, while Lotor moves in on the Princess.
Realizing the Princess is in danger, the others quickly chase Lotor off. Shortly afterward, they decide that the only way to get water is to dig a well so Yellow Lion digs deep beneath the where Blue Lion sits in the dry lake bed. The plan works, Voltron is formed and the Robeast is history.
