Basic Appearance & Info: A desolate and remote outpost of the Drules'. Its appearance is cresent shaped thanks to a huge crater of some sort carved into it...falling stars and meteors constantly streak past.
Role and/or special abilities: When Hazar cramped the Supreme Council's style too much, he got exiled here.
