Synopsis: Hazar and the Alliance have agreed to explore Planet Nestor together and Captain Twila, a female Drule officer, is put in charge of the Drule forces. Of course, she has schemed along with other Drule leaders to thwart Hazar’s peaceful efforts and attack anyway. During the skirmish, Twila is injured and left by her own forces to be captured by the VF. She’s taken to sick bay on the Explorer and while there, Hawkins pleads with her to convince her leaders to be sincere about peace. Twila escapes and returns to her troops, determined to prove herself by continuing to fight for the glory of the Drule Empire. When things turn for the worst, Twila orders her ship on a suicide collision course with the Explorer thereby making her a martyr. Before she can succeed in taking out the command ship, Voltron destroys her ship and, one would assume, her with it. But the censors added bits about how she somehow escaped. I can say with certainty that she died in the Japanime version, though.
