Basic Personality: The most corrupt and power mad Drule on the Council. He loathes Hazar. He likes a good glass of wine, as well.
Role and/or special abilities: Screwing up Hazar's peace plans and plotting his own path to glory and domination at the same time. He's fairly high up in the Drule hierarchy.
