Basic Personality: Brave and innovative leader.
Role and/or special abilities: At first, his role was similar to Graham's - as in giving advice and orders from Garrison City. Later on though, he's one of the few higher-ups to venture out and help the teams invade Drule in person. I think a few eps referred to him as "Commodore" Steele as well.
Race/Where From: Human from Earth.
Special Relationships with other Characters: Only one besides Graham to appear with frequency in LV.
Major Episode Appearances: He's in the last several episodes often.
