Basic Personality: Doesn't have much of one, outside of barking out coordinates or when some danger is on the approach.
Role and/or special abilities: One of the few characters on the Explorer's bridge outside of Hawkins or Newley that has a name and recurring role - although it's amusing that he actually is show as several different guys (with glasses, without...different color hair - more expert dubbing from WEP!)
Race/Where From: Human from Earth - I guess.
Special Relationships with other Characters: None known.
Major Episode Appearances: He's pretty minor, but shows up frequently.
