Race/Where From: She's an alien from a water planet, but the name of the planet is unknown.
Special Relationships with other Characters: Her and Cric, the Sea Team leader, are from the same world. She shares some of the same ESP abilities as Cric.
Major Episode Appearances: Cinda shows up and has a decent role in many eps, but one of her biggest was in Ep 37 "The Red Moon People".
