Role and/or special abilities: He helped try to overthrow Hazar in the early days when the Council started to lose faith in Hazar. It failed.
Race/Where From: Drule from Drule.
Special Relationships with other Characters: Unknown.
Major Episode Appearances: In "Who's On First", Brack stages a rebellion against Hazar. What they don't show you is that he committed suicide when the coup failed...the dub made some excuse as to the reason you never see Brack again, heh heh.
