Pidge

Rank & Such: He's the team's brainiac - a whiz kid of sorts. Pilots the Green Lion and is the only member besides Hunk whose uniform color matches his lion ;)
Background: He either hails from Balto or Terra, depending on which episode you're watching. Pidge was adopted as a child and so has special compassion for the kids orphaned by Zarkon's rampages. He's also one of the only characters that were given direct ties to a character in Vehicle Voltron - he's the fraternal twin brother of Chip from that show. After all, they are remarkably similar characters, so it fits I guess. Pidge also mentions having a 'kid sister' at the end of "Surrender". Despite his diminutive size, Pidge is pretty fearless; he'll face down Lotor without batting an eye.
Basic Personality: Pidge is playful and mischievous and, along with the Space Mice, is always good for the light comic relief moment. He's actually the character that gets along the best with the Space Mice aside from Allura herself. This, despite a rocky start to their rodent relationship hehe.
Moments to Shine: Pidge saved the day with quick thinking in "Surrender" and also had a major role in "The Green Medusa".
