Lance

Rank & Such: He appears to be a second-in-command of sorts, but then, maybe that's because he's not afraid to butt heads with Keith from time to time. Lance pilots the Red Lion.
Background: If memory serves me correctly, Lance is also from Earth. Although it is important to note that in the episode "Coran's Son Runs Amok", Lance explains he grew up a country boy in a hut, til Zarkon came and attacked. So either that implies Zarkon's forces once attacked Earth, or like Pidge, Lance could be from another planet in the Denubian. I also have to wonder if some of his outburts aren't the result of a little jealousy - the man's got some pride.
Basic Personality: In two words, hot head. He's got a temper that sometimes seems to flare up at the drop of a hat. Of course, his prideful sense and temper has been known to save the day. Just think, if he hadn't persisted in being suspicious and hateful of Prince Bokar that episode would not have ended well.
Moments to Shine: He got a pretty big role in "The Deadly Flowers" and the afrorementioned "The Stolen Lion" to name a few.
