Captain Keith

Anime Name: Akira Kogane
Rank & Such: Obviously, Keith is in command of the Voltron Force (Some call him Commander Keith, some call him Captain Keith but the important thing is you do what he says!) He maintained the position even when the Princess joined the Force - so nice of her not to trump him with the royalty card ;) He pilots the Black Lion.
Background: He's from Earth. He also seems prone to nightmares. There exists some chemistry between himself and Princess Allura.
Basic Personality: Keith is very passionate about what he believes in, sometimes to the point where he comes across as the typical handsome brooding fellow. Maybe he'd lighten up a bit if he lost the mullet ;)
Moments to Shine: In "Give Me Your Princess", Keith gets hurt rescuing the Princess from Lotor. And let's face it, being the Captain of the team, he gets featured prominently in most episodes.
