Rank & Such: Introducing himself as Cossack the Terrible, he was the top Doomite lackey for the 20-episode season two run - one of those purely-WEP inventions.
Background: He gets teased about being from a "toad pond", and just teased a lot in general. However, Cossack has a penchant for whipping slaves and an eye-rolling way of "respecting" authority.
Basic Personality: He probably won't win any awards for bravery or for brains, but aside from a few blond moments (though his simple moments are usually very amusing - and you gotta wonder if he's dumb like a fox...what better way for a slacker to get out of work if only by playing dumb?), Cossack is the most dynamic and interesting Doom commander. He's actually got a sense of humor, something that Yurak or Mogor could have used.
