Rank & Such: On the Voltron Force, she's merely pilot of the Blue Lion. But above and beyond that, she's the sole survivor of her family's ruling monarchy.
Background: Obviously, she's Arusian royalty. Her father and mother died in Zarkon's raids and although she still has relations like her Aunt Orla and cousin Romelle, Allura is the sole heir to Arus' throne. Her childhood was often lonely, the space mice sometimes her only company. As an adult, her beauty is captivating - so much so that it's a plot point of more than one episode. However, she is modest and often doesn't acknowlege her own beauty.
Basic Personality: Allura is a bit complex: tough enough to learn to fly the Blue Lion when it counted and face fierce enemies, yet 'girlie' enough to have an all-pink wardrobe and faint a lot. Allura is also fiercely compassionate and truly has her people's best interest at heart. She's smart, knowing several different languages as well as schooled in the politics/cultures of various Denubian planets. Allura takes her duties as a monarch and diplomat very seriously, even though Nanny and Coran try to make her feel guilty whenever she does try to have a little fun.
Moments to Shine: As with Keith, Allura is important enough to the story to dominate many episodes. One of her best eps IMHO was in "Give Me Your Princess".
