Background: Alfor is Allura's father, who died during Zarkon's raid of his planet. He knows a lot about Voltron, though, and returns to his daughter in spirit form to guide her in trying times.
Basic Personality: Does ectoplasm have personality? This one seems like the typical stuffy and righteous old king.
Moments to Shine: A Ghost of a Chance - it's a testament to the ultimate interferance from the grave. I actually feel sorry for Doom here, folks.
